At Green Shadow Hub, we aim to provide reliable products and a transparent ordering experience for customers across Pakistan. We process both retail orders and bulk orders, and certain payment, delivery, return, and refund conditions vary depending on the type of order.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product in a retail order, please contact us at info@greenshadowhub.com as soon as possible within the applicable 7-day return period.
To help us review your complaint efficiently, please provide:
- Your name
- Order number or order details
- Contact number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the matter and provide the appropriate solution according to the circumstances.
For bulk orders, all confirmed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since bulk orders are prepared or manufactured according to the customer’s confirmed quantity and requirements, returns or refunds cannot be requested once the order has been confirmed and production or processing has started.
Customers placing bulk orders are therefore requested to carefully confirm the quantity, product specifications, sizes, colors, printing requirements, and any other customization details before confirming the order by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Payment Terms
For retail orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, subject to courier service availability in the customer’s location.
For bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and begin production or processing. The remaining payment will be handled according to the terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Green Shadow Hub uses third-party courier and logistics services to deliver orders across Pakistan.
Retail orders are normally delivered within 7 working days.
Bulk orders are normally delivered within approximately 15 working days, depending on the order quantity, production requirements, destination, and courier operations.
Although we make every reasonable effort to process and dispatch orders within the stated time, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Delivery Charges
For retail orders, applicable courier charges are added separately to the product price.
For bulk orders, delivery charges depend on factors such as:
- Parcel weight
- Parcel size
- Order quantity
- Delivery destination
- Courier or logistics service charges
The applicable delivery charges for bulk orders will be communicated based on the shipment’s size and weight.
